New Chapter for Vehicle Registration
The all-new scheme of number plates is going to be introduced in Pakistan, under which the owners of the vehicles will be able to choose what they want to see for their vehicles.

Main Features of the New Scheme:
Platinum Category: Platinum number plates are fully personalized and only letters are used. One minimum bid for the platinum number plate was 5 million Pakistani Rupees high.
Alpha-Numeric Category: In alpha-numeric, one is required to use both letters and numbers. The minimum bid was 4 million Pakistani Rupees.
Standard Category: Standard is much simpler with fewer personalized number plates, and the minimum was 3 million Pakistani Rupees.
New number plates: number plates with new such as MMS 22 will cost a minimum bid of 5-7 lac.
Bidding Process
A 15-day window for submitting the bid with the scheme of online auctioning on any number plate, wherein it is held by the owner for the lifetime to be kept there.
