Sleeping problems
Usually some people have problems sleeping at night, they can't sleep for a long time because of their thoughts and ideas, they are physically on the bed but their mind is sometimes in the park and sometimes On Moon. 🌕
Solution
So for people who have these problems, let me tell you that you believe/think that there is a white board in front of you and you have a marker and a duster in your hand, now you make a circular circle on the board with this marker and Clear it and write 100 then clear it and write 99 then clear it and write 97...
And then the process has to continue…
Now two situations can arise here
Either you will get sleepy 😴
Or you will start thinking about something else.
But the chances of falling asleep are more. I never get below 80 and I get sleepy.
